Equipment Bags & Cases are essential to assist with the transport and storage of your display equipment.
Exhibition Equipment Bags are supplied in 2 main grades:
Basic Bags are made from 600 denier p/u coated polyester canvas and have a pair of handles to assist with carrying, They are ideal for use with folding panel kits, providing strong, yet lightweight protection. These bags are provided with a top and upper sides zip.
Standard Bags are made from tougher 1200 denier p/u coated polyester canvas. In addition to a pair of handles, these bags have webbing and a shoulder strap fitted, making it easier to carry larger or heavier display equipment and panels, Standard Bags are also provided with a top zip, that extends further down the sided to make loading exhibition equipment into the bag easier.
Panel Bags are available as both Basic Bags (with carry handles) and Standard Bags (with webbing and shoulder strap)
Exhibition Equipment Cases provide sturdier protection and are ideal for the storage and transport of displayboards and graphics panels. These are made from tough polypropylene, which is lightweight and therefore only adds a small amount to the weight of the display equipment. Constuction includes foam inserts, rivets, corner protectors and the top edges of the case have a welded steel rim. Adjustable nylon webbing straps secure the lid and carry handles are riveted to the body.
Polypropylene Cases cases are also supplied in bulkier shapes to form general storage trunks. Wheels can be added to help with the manoeuverability of these cases.
PopUp Stands are usually supplied with a wheeled Pop-up Case to simplify transport to the venues. These don't have to be removed from the stand during the show, but can have a Graphic Wrap printed and wrapped around the case with velcro, so that it can be used as a discussion podium through the event.
For transporting rollable graphics we have polypropylene Graphics Drums and cardboard lined Banner Tube Bags available. These will give better protection during transport and storage.
