This Large Metal Base is for suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Cross Base may be used with all flag sizes, but may require additional ballast
In windy conditions, the base should be pegged down and used with a Weighting Ring (UB719-C)
The Smaller Cross Base is now discontinued
